Storyteller Ambassadors
Storyteller Ambassadors | Meet Bailee Porter
Q. How long have you been a Lubbock REALTOR®?
A. I have worked for Western Title for almost 3 years now as their Marketing & Communications Manager.
Q. What initially drew you to the LAR Storyteller Ambassador Program?
A. One of the best parts of my job is finding new ways to interact & connect more with our community’s realtors. When Brenda invited us to be part of the program, it was a no-brainer. Realtors do so much for not only their clients, but also affiliates like us. More positive stories should be shared about everything a realtor does to get their clients to the closing table, and the affiliates they worked with along the way too.
Q. How do you find inspiration for content
A. The inspiration truly creates itself, by the time the realtor and their clients get to the closing table – they typically already have quite the story leading up to how they got there. As the title company, we are always thrilled to be able to celebrate with them since closing is usually the final stop in their homebuying story. We always try to post and share as many details as allowed of their story and how we got to work with everyone involved!
Q. What is your favorite spot in Lubbock and why?
A. My husband and I love to catch an occasional concert or comedy show at Buddy Holly Hall. It’s a beautiful venue with a great atmosphere! (Fun fact: Buddy Holly Hall was closed by none other than Western Title too.)
Q. How do you harness the power of social media for your business?
A. We try to keep an easily recognizable, consistent modern look for our company when we use social media to help not only promote our own business, but to also help spread the good news of new homeowners in our own Lubbock community by sharing closing photos and tagging the realtors involved. Of course we can’t forget to add #lbkrealtorstories too.
