My Texas and National Association of REALTORS® dues will be returned to me in the event of non-election. I understand the APPLICATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. I agree to ATTEND ORIENTATION WITHIN THE FIRST TWO (2) TIMES IT IS OFFERED UPON SUBMITTAL OF THIS APPLICATION. If I am an MLS Subscriber, I agree to complete the MLS ORIENTATION COURSE WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER SUBMITTAL OF THIS APPLICATION. I understand failure to meet this requirement may result in my membership being terminated. In the event of my election, I agree to abide by the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS®, which includes my duty to arbitrate, and the Constitution, Bylaws and MLS Rules and Regulations of the Lubbock, Texas, and National Associations, and if required, I further agree to satisfactorily complete a reasonable and non-discriminatory written examination on such Code, Constitutions, Bylaws and MLS Rules and Regulations. I understand membership brings certain privileges and obligations that require compliance. Membership is final upon approval by the Board of Directors and may be revoked should completion of requirements, such as orientation, not be completed within the timeframe established by the Board of Directors. I understand I will be required to complete periodic Code of Ethics training as specified in the Association's Bylaws as a continued condition of membership.

*Disclaimer: Contributions to the Texas Association of REALTORS Political Action Committee (TREPAC), the Texas Association of REALTORS Federal Political Action Committee (TAR FedPAC), and the REALTOR Political Action Committee (RPAC) are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions to the TREPAC, TAR FedPAC, and RPAC are voluntary and may be used for political purposes. The amount indicated is merely a guideline, and you may contribute more, or less than the suggested amount. The Association will not favor or disadvantage anyone by reason of the amount of their contribution, and you may refuse to contribute without reprisal by the Association. Your contribution is split between TREPAC and TAR FedPAC. Contact the TREPAC administrator at 800-873-9155 for information about the percentages of your contribution provided to TREPAC and to TAR FedPAC. The TAR FedPAC portion is used to support federal candidates—via contributions by TAR FedPAC to RPAC—and is charged against your limits under 52 U.S.C. § 30116.
