Storyteller Ambassadors
Storyteller Ambassadors | Meet Cory Cash
Q. How long have you been a Lubbock REALTOR®?
A. I’ve been a REALTOR® for two and a half years
Q. What initially drew you to the LAR Storyteller Ambassador Program?
A. REALTORS® are often viewed as door openers, but their role extends far beyond that. They champion local causes, guide clients through challenging times, and invest in improving properties to offer quality rentals for the community. Despite their busy schedules, they still make time to celebrate successes with their families. I’m dedicated to highlighting how REALTORS® truly make a difference in our communities!
Q. How do you find inspiration for content
A. I find inspiration by following industry trends, engaging with other real estate professionals on social media, and showcasing unique features of each property I list. Additionally, I draw ideas from client stories and local community events to create relatable and engaging posts.
Q. What is your favorite spot in Lubbock and why?
A. My wife, Robin, and I love McPherson Winery. We got married there in 2011 and have had a blast at their wine club events. The vibe is always great, and we’ve met some wonderful people along the way!
Q. How do you harness the power of social media for your business?
A. Before becoming a REALTOR®, I was more of an observer in the social media realm. However, I’ve discovered that social media is not only an enjoyable tool for promoting my business but also a great way to stay connected with friends. I highly recommend that real estate agents actively engage with various real estate groups to stay updated on industry trends and create referral opportunities. In fact, my very first client came through one of these groups and contributed over $2 million in production during my first year as an agent!
