We are excited that LAR MLS subscribers will have access to a new MLS system in 2025, powered by Flexmls! Flexmls was chosen after an extensive 18 month by the LAR’s MLS Issues and Policies Committee.
In Flexmls, you will have access to powerful searching, a seamless experience between desktop and mobile, enriched opportunities for client engagement and client activity. As a real estate professional, your MLS system is critical to your success and we believe Flexmls will make you a more efficient and effective professional. See below to register for one of the many training opportunities being offered so you can learn the new system.
Important Dates in 2025
| January 20 | System Parallel Begins. During this time, agents will continue to work in Rapattoni and Flexmls will be updated hourly with listing additions and changes. Listing maintenance will not be available in Flexmls during this time. |

What will be transferred into the new Flexmls system?
- Listings, including active, under contract and historical data. Double check your active and under contract listings for accurracy
- Contacts
What will not be transferred into the new Flexmls system?
- Incomplete (partial) listings
- Saved searches
- CMAs
- Portals
- Any custom searches made by users
Will I have to enter my listings in both systems while both Rapattoni and Flexmls are available?
No, from January 20 until January 31, you’ll continue to enter your listings into Rapattoni. Flexmls will be updated every hour with new listings and listing changes.
Will MLS numbers change?
No, existing MLS listing numbers will stay the same when they are transferred to Flexmls.
Will we still use ShowingTime to schedule showings?
Yes, you will continue to schedule showings using ShowingTime and there will be a ShowingTime button in Flexmls just like in Rapattoni.
What about my listings going to third party websites?
Yes, all third party websites have been informed that we are changing MLS vendors so that they can prepare to receive listing information from Flexmls. We hope that there will be no interruption in listings being displayed on third party websites.

Each quarter LAR Members who complete their C2EX designation will be entered into a drawing to win $200. Drawings will be held during the April, August and December luncheons.
LAR Members who complete or renew the C2EX program in 2024 will be entered into a drawing at the December luncheon for 2025 LAR and MLS dues.
