SentriLock Conversion & Supra Exchange: Frequently Asked Questions 

Event Details

EXCHANGE PROTOCOLS 

How does the lockbox exchange work? The event is a one-to-one exchange only. You must activate your account and register for a time to bring your existing Supra boxes (including “Extended Lease” boxes) to receive the equivalent number of new SentriLock boxes. 

You should have received an activation and registration email from SentriLock. If you didn’t, search your inbox for notice@sentrilock.com or “Lockbox Conversion Training.” 

Can I check out additional SentriLock boxes during the event? No. New SentriLock boxes cannot be checked out during the exchange. The event is strictly for the replacement of existing inventory. This includes “Extended Lease” Supra boxes. 

What should I do with unused boxes? Unused Supra boxes must be returned to the LAR office. LAR will remain open and will accept these returns throughout the duration of the exchange event. 

Required Preparation 

What must I do before arriving at the exchange? All agents must activate their SentriLock account prior to the exchange. Please follow the instructions provided in the activation email sent directly from SentriLock. Again, if you did not receive the email, check your Junk/Spam folder and search for “Lockbox Conversion Training.” 

How do I register for the event? Registration links are member specific. You must use the unique link provided in your email; these links are non-transferable and cannot be shared with other members. 

Training Information 

Is there on-site training? Yes. A 30-minute in-person training session will be held immediately following your exchange. Note: This session is reserved exclusively for members who are physically exchanging boxes. 

Arrival Instructions 

Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled training time to facilitate the exchange. If you are exchanging a high volume of boxes, please allow for additional processing time. 

What if I don’t have boxes to exchange? Members without lockboxes, as well as unlicensed staff with eKEY access, must complete the online training module at www.sentrilock.com/training/. On-site training is not available for those not participating in the physical exchange. 

Key Deadlines and Checking Out New SentriLock Boxes 

What is the final day to obtain a Supra box? The last day to check out Supra boxes is Friday, April 24. 

When can I request a SentriLock box for a new listing? SentriLock boxes are scheduled to be available for new listings on May 1 (subject to change). 

What if I need a box during the transition week? If you require a lockbox between April 27 and May 1, we recommend checking out a Supra box before the April 24 deadline and bringing it to the event for exchange. 

Keep the Supra eKEY App. You may still encounter Supra boxes out in the field, so keep the Supra eKEY App on your device until all Supra boxes have been exchanged for SentriLock boxes.
