Creating Future Association Leaders

The Texas REALTORS Leadership Program (TRLP) is designed to develop future REALTOR leaders in the Association world as well as the community. This eight session program educates participants and shows them how to use their talents to make a difference in their professional and personal areas of interest. The LAR conducts the program in cooperation with the Amarillo Association of REALTORS in odd years. Ten (10) participants from each Association are selected to participate. Commitment

By signing, I certify that all statements made in this application are true, complete, and correct to the best of my knowledge and are made in good faith. I understand all items may be verified. I certify that I have my brokerage's support to participate in the program and that I will be able to attend ALL sessions in their entirety.

I will remit the tuition fee of $300 no later than April 3, 2023. I understand that the tuition is non-refundable and that my space may be forfeited if tuition is not received by April 3, 2023.

2023 Session dates, titles and locations:

  • April 24 & 25 - Opening Retreat (overnight session) in Lubbock
  • May 19 - Your Roles as a Leader in Lubbock
  • June 2 - The Business of Associations in Amarillo
  • July 14 - Inclusive Decision Making in Amarillo
  • July 26 & 27 - Legislature, Law and Leadership in Austin (overnight trip)
  • August 25 - Spokesperson Training in Lubbock
  • September 28 - Personal Sustainability in Amarillo
  • Graduation - date to be determined
