Nominations for 2023 Officers & Directors
Do you know someone that would be a great leader? Are in interested in serving on the association’s Board of Directors? Submit their name or your name below. The names of nominators are kept confidential. Qualifications can be found at the bottom of the page. If you are unsure if an individual qualifies, please nominate them and the Nominating Committee will review their qualifications. The deadline to submit nominations is July 25, 2022.
The 2022 Nominating Committee is seeking nominations for 2023 to 2024 Directors, 2023 President Elect and 2023 Secretary/Treasurer. The election will be held on the third Thursday in September (September 15, 2022).
Current Officers and Directors:
- 2022 President – Rich Eberhardt, RE/MAX Lubbock
- 2022 President Elect – Donna Sue Clements, RE/MAX Lubbock (automatically ascends to President in 2023 per the LAR Bylaws)
- 2022 Secretary/Treasurer – Michael Hutton, West Sage, REALTORS

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICERS & DIRECTORS
President
a) REALTOR® Member in good standing.
b) Holds a valid, active Texas real estate broker or salesman license.
c) Served at least one term as an elected Director and at least one term as an elected Officer.
d) An elected President cannot succeed himself in office.
President Elect
a) REALTOR® Member in good standing.
b) Holds a valid, active Texas real estate broker or salesman license.
c) Served at least one term as an elected Director.
Secretary/Treasurer
a) REALTOR® Member in good standing.
b) Holds a valid, active Texas real estate broker or salesman license.
c) Served at least one term as an elected Director.
d) Served at least one term as a Member of the Finance Committee.
Director
a) REALTOR® Member in good standing.
b) Holds a valid, active Texas real estate broker or salesman license.
c) REALTOR® Member of the LUBBOCK ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® at least two years immediately prior to election and served as a member of a standing committee or task force.
d) Elected Directors cannot serve more than two (2) consecutive terms.
