Scholarship Application Form

Application deadline: April 27, 2024 Applications missing any piece of the required documentation will not be considered. Applicant requirements:

Recipient must be a U.S. Citizen, permanent citizen or studying on a student visa.
Recipient must be accepted for attending Texas Tech University, TTU Health Sciences Center, Lubbock Christian University, Wayland Baptist University, South Plains College, or an accredited Lubbock area trade school.
Recipient must be a full-time student.
Recipient must have and maintain at least a 2.5 cumulative grade point average.
Recipients will be notified of scholarship awards no later than May 9, 2024.
