The Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) is a key to for measuring property valuation. Want to learn the Ins and Outs of a CMA? This course will touch on all aspects of a CMA including how to maximize their CMA by going from basic knowledge of property valuation to complete a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) and how to make it as accurate as possible. Agents receive training in choosing comparable properties, applying adjustments and determining property price, and then using valuation tools to create more accurate refined prices of properties.
