Course description:The power of saying no; How to say no, and without alienating people. The poor ways in which our social media society is teaching us to disagree. The positive effects of declining projects, the benefit of honestly adjusting expectations, a comfort level with a typically confrontational outcome.Relevance: A basic negotiating skill, developing a comfort level with a typically confrontational stand.
