Beyond the common residential transaction, there are situations that complicate the process that happen often enough for us to know how to handle them, but not often enough to gain mastery.  This fast-paced class touches on back-up contracts, intermediary transactions, temporary leases for buyer and seller, contingent offers, multiple offers, opting-out and defaults.

This course provides the real estate professional with a simple model for creating efficient and effective agent/client relationships. Participants will learn to provide customers/clients a consistent, high level of professionalism, encouraging customer loyalty and fostering business growth. You will also learn to negotiate and sell to different personality types.
